1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using LinkSwap.io, including during any beta period or free trial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

LinkSwap.io is a community-driven platform for facilitating peer-to-peer link exchange between marketers, agencies, and publishers. This is not a public marketplace or open forum, all access is restricted and subject to approval.

3. Beta Access & Early User Trials

  • Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
  • We reserve the right to remove or block any user without prior notice for any reason, especially for behaviour harmful to the platform or its members.
  • Free access, trials, or discounted accounts are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in spammy or manipulative SEO practices
  • Share fake or misleading metrics or website data
  • Impersonate other users or operate anonymously without validation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse messaging, AI matching, or any feature intended to build trust

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct. Verified violations may lead to instant removal without refund.

5. Account Verification and Termination

  • All accounts must pass verification checks (email, LinkedIn, domain ownership, or other methods).
  • We reserve the right to deny access, restrict features, or terminate accounts at any time.
  • Accounts that appear fraudulent, spammy, or disruptive will be permanently banned.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, logic, content, branding, and UI/UX are the exclusive property of LinkSwap.io. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse elements without written permission.

7. Pricing & Billing

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice. Monthly and annual billing plans may be modified.
  • Transaction-based fees (e.g. per-swap fees) may apply for some services.
  • Free trial or promotional plans do not include permanent access or feature guarantees.
  • No refunds are issued for violations or removals due to misconduct.

8. Platform Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, outages, or interrupted access.

9. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkSwap.io is not responsible for the outcome of any link exchange arrangement or communication between users. You use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect damages or reputational harm from partner interactions.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. We may notify users by email or in-platform notice, but continued use implies agreement with the latest version.

12. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
